High-quality protein concentrate
Casein is the most important milk protein, it is a concentrate of amino acids with high biological value useful to increase the protein intake of the diet. It contains all the essential amino acids in the correct proportion for a beneficial nutrient intake, essential for an optimal physical development. Casein allows a slow, sustained release of amino acids. Add it in the ratio of 5/10% in weight per kg of food. It is a product able to increase the protein content of food according to the added quantity. Example: 50 g of product added to 1 kg of food raise the protein content by 4-5%.
